Senior Salaried Reablement Worker - Must hold a driving licence and have access to own vehicle
All Care are expanding and have recently become the lead provider within the South Oxfordshire area for Reablement services. We are looking for full-time senior reablement workers to join our team covering areas in South Oxfordshire (Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Wantage, Henley-On-Thames and Thame).
You will work a mixture of early and late shifts, ranging from 7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm on a rolling 2 week rota.
Pay: £24,500 per year
As a senior reablement worker, you will be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs and providing the reablement support they require to regain and/or maintain their independence. Personal care, medication and meal preparation support
Being flexible and adaptive
Able to recognise reablement achievements and abilities as well as working alongside the MDT to recognise further support needs
Able to communicate effectively with clients as well as other professionals
